What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via FedEx and UPS, choosing the most efficient option based on your location.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

What states do you ship to?

We currently do not ship wine to Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, or Utah. Orders shipping to other eligible states are subject to applicable alcohol-shipping laws and carrier requirements. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

Can I return wine if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our products, all alcohol sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any alcoholic beverages, in compliance with local and federal regulations.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.

What if I missed the delivery?

If no one is available to sign, the carrier will make multiple attempts. You can also reschedule or arrange pickup directly with FedEx or UPS using the tracking number.
